He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hubbard and Billie Jean Hubbard (Moyers); his grandparents, Charles Henry, Martha Moyers, Albert and Pearlie Hubbard; his great-grandparent Broney Berkley; and his aunts and uncles, Rod Moyers, Jim Hubbard, Dewey Hubbard, Gladys Smith, Effie Brown, Eleanor Warren and Jill Lankford.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hubbard (Carnes); his son Carl Dewayne Hubbard, Jr. (Samantha); his grandson Jonathan Carl Hubbard; his sister Patricia Hubbard Owens; his nephew Charles Dewayne Owens of Barbourville; his uncle Lonnie Hubbard of Scalf; his aunt Bertha Blankenship of Walker Park; and his brother Curtis Brown (Tristan Brown).
