She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hamilton and Marie Moore Hamilton; her husband John Haskell Thornton; and her sisters, Dovie Hamilton and Peggy Headley.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Allsup, Anita Davis, Mitchell Mills (Loria), Misty Davis (Tim) and John J. Thornton; and her siblings, James Mitchell Hamilton (Annie), Robert Moore (Gina) and Debbie Hamilton. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; among other loved ones and friends.
