He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Turner of Barbourville, Heather Turner of Barbourville, Sarah Turner of Corbin and Joe Turner of Barbourville; his brothers, Wayne Turner of Ohio, Tom Turner of Ohio and Jake Turner of Covington; his grandchildren, Steven Davis, Zachary Tate Turner, Chase Turner, Sierra Turner, Haylee Collier, Taylor Collier, Makayla Collier and Gavin Acosta; and his close friend Linda Irene Hall of Middlesboro.
