It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bitha Pearl Burkhart of Barbourville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James William Burkhart (J. W.); her former husband Jessie Collins; her parents, James Williams and Ebby Gibson Williams; and her brothers, Henry Williams and Tommy Williams.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Bennie and Gloria Collins. She is also survived by stepchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great grandchildren.
