She is survived by: her children, Carl Dewayne Hubbard (Pamela) of Barbourville and Patricia Ann Owens of Barbourville; her grandchildren, Carl Dewayne Hubbard, Jr. (Samantha) and Charles Dewayne Owens; and her great grandchild Jonathan Carl Hubbard. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
