She is survived by: her children, Carl Payne of Barbourville, Earl C. Payne of Barbourville, Lonnie Payne of Barbourville, Bobby Ray Payne (Ruby) of Barbourville, Christen Payne of Barbourville and Sherrie L. Pickard of Westland, MI. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
