She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bargo and Sally Bargo (Grubb); her husband Cecil Mills; her son Milton C. Mills; her children-in-law, Debbie Mills and James Bays; and her siblings, Edna Smith, Gladys Castle, John Junior Bargo, Gabe Bargo, Hubert Bargo, Hobert Bargo, Gilbert Bargo and Arthur Bargo.
She is survived by: her close friend David Jackson of Barbourville; her children, Edward Mills (Misty) of Somerset, Carol Tarlton (Tom) of Carmel, E. J. Mills of Barbourville, Ronnie Mills (Joyce) of Barbourville, Clara Frederick (Dennis) of Heidrick, Swella Bingham of Richmond and Sherilenna Disney (Greg) of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Judy Bays, Pam Taylor, Eddie Mills, Adam Mills, Brandon Bingham, Brian Frederick, Carrie Mills, Brooke Bingham, Lauren Fryrear, Holli Disney and Eric Mills; her great grandchildren, Charis Frederick, Kennedee Mills, Oakley Mills, Kylie Mills, Lauren Elizabeth Disney, Cole Fryrear, Lily Kay Fryrear, Jaxon Mills, Caylin Mills, Weston Hunter Mills, Addy Mills, Jenson Mills and Mason Mills; her grandsons, Jamie Mills and Berneil Mills; and her great grandchildren, Breydon Mills and Jordan Mills.
