He is survived by: his sons, Terry Smith of Boone Height and Ralph Smith (Kim) of Boone Height; his grandson Cameron Smith of Bimble; and his siblings, Betty Joyce (Joe) of Cannon, Leon Smith (Cleda) of Corbin, Herbie Smith (Nannie Mae) of Boone Height and Tim Smith (Diana) of Boone Height.
