"Brud" Black, Jr. (Diane) of Mt. Vernon and Dr. W. Scott Black (Lisa) of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Leigh Green Hooper (Adam) of Tucson, AZ, David Tye Green (Robin) of Spring Hill, TN, Charles E. Green (Elizabeth) of Nashville, TN, Gina Hoehn (Patrick) of Naples, FL and Sydney K. Black (Seth Finnen); her great grandchildren, Carson, Claire and Marleigh Green; and her caregivers, Deborah Reel and Sue Hensley.
