He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Conn and Dixie Jarrell Conn; his close friend Vina Jane Akers; his children, David Allen Conn, Joyce Clough and Lisa Conn; and his siblings, Homer Conn of Delmer Conn, Ricky Conn, Thelma Thacker, Mavis Kranker and Dionia Reyna.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Conrad of Plainfield and Kitty Rehrig of Bear, Delaware; and his siblings, Azra Conn of Las Vegas and Alma Kuntz (Bo) of North Carolina. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren & 9 Great Grandchildren.
