He is survived by: his sons, Robert Dwayne Spears (Kimberly) of Prestonsburg and Timothy Lee Spears (Missy) of Banner; his grandchildren, Amber Spears (Austin), Jonathon Spears (Samantha), Shaleigh Spears and Sydney Spears; his great grandchild Bryson Carter Howell; and his siblings, Randy Spears, Larry Spears, Vanessa Robinson and Barbara Williams.
