He is survived by: his spouse Felica Riley Conn; his children, Ricky Lee Conn of Richmond, Kentucky, Pamela Phillips (Shane) of Elkhorn City and Christina Edmonds of Raccoon, Kentucky; and his siblings, Kenneth Kidd (Martha) of Prestonsburg, Roscoe Kidd (Martha) of Paintsville, Azrie Conn of Las Vegas, NV, Ted Conn of Banner, Jacqueline Slone of Prestonsburg, Juanita Taylor (Kenneth) of Martin, Marsha Lafferty (John) of Prestonsburg, Alma, Boe, Kuntz of Fayetteville, Jennifer Conn of An and Audrey Conn Winski of Detroit, MI. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren & 5 Great Grandchildren.
