She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mullins and Grace Mullins; her brothers, James Teddy, Jerry Lee and Jackie Van Mullins; her daughters, Kathy Jo Ryan and Kristy Jane Ryan Goodwin (Brian); her granddaughter Destiny Morgan Kesler (Josh); and her husband Joe.
She is survived by: her siblings, Peggy Mullins, Jenea Mullins, Virginia, Jo Ann Chase, Johnny Mullins (Patty) and Michael Mullins (Rita); and her niece Teresa Robinette. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Soul Food, a local charity fighting childhood hunger.
