She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Osborne and Georgem Endicott Osborne; her husband Jacob Jarvis; and her siblings, James Osborne, Eulis Ray Osborne, Mary Alice Dillon, Gertrude Lewis and Betty Jean Jarvis.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Jarvis (Sandi) of Logan, Jacob Jarvis Jr. (Sally) of Logan and Jason Edward Jarvis of Banner; her grandchildren, Bridgett, Brittany, Steven, Latessa, Jana, Cassie, Payton, Cody, Amber, Kaleb, Ethan, Legotha, William, Sarah, Charles and John; and her nephew Friends.
