He is survived by: his children, Millie Varnadore (Brett), Stephanie Owens (Charles), Mack Tackett and Eric Fugate (Kellee); his grandchildren, Jordan, Devon, Carter, Trista, Bethany and Conner; his siblings, Linda Sue Hueseman (Jerry), Carol Blackburn (Gene), Marvin Tackett (Barbara), Wilkie Tackett (Roselane), Michael Tackett (Patty) and Todd Tackett (Cathy); and his sister-in-law Barbara Tackett. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
