He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Endicott Jarvis Dale and Ed Jarvis; his stepfather Lewis Dale; and his siblings, Timothy Jarvis, Luther Jarvis, George Henry Jarvis, Mick Jarvis, Esau Jarvis, Doug Jarvis, Monroe Jarvis, Edgar Jarvis, Herman Jarvis, Don Dale, Estill Dale and Alice Graves.
He is survived by: his children, Vonda Jarvis of Banner, Francene Wright (Steve) of Banner, Regina Smith (Jamie) of Banner, Jeffrey Jarvis (Sandi) of Logan, Jacob Jarvis Jr. (Sally) of Logan and Jason Jarvis of Banner; his siblings, Francis Vanover of Stanville, Sandra Justice of Betsy Layne, Merlin Dale of Stanville and Patricia Hamilton of Stanville; and his cousin Rebial Lewis. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren; and a host of Nieces, Nephews family and friends.
