He is survived by: his mother Jane Hall of Banner Kentucky; his wife Sheila Newsome Hall; his children, Stephanie Hillis (Jeremy) of Pikeville, Kentucky and Brandon Kidd (Amanda) of Prestonsburg; his siblings, Mary Moore (Kelly), Gary Hall, Dave Hall (Lucille) and Charles Curtis Newsome (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Cameron Hillis, Cheyenne West, Jasmine Howell, Ethan Hillis, Tyler Hillis, Kylie Kidd and Brayden Kidd.
