She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Rice. She is survived by: her mother Chartie Jarrell Rice of Auxier; her husband Jeffery Kinzer; her sons, Shane Kinzer (Shanee) of Banner and Samuel Kinzer of Banner, Kentucky; and her siblings, Randy Rice (Judy) of Auxier, Kentucky, Caryn Meadows (Lowell Ray) of Pikeville, Janet Johnson (Steve) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Host. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
