He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Rice (Donna) of Teaberry, KY, Linda Samons (Coy) of Ocala, FL and Brenda Kaye Campbell (Chuck) of Pikeville, KY; and his sister-in-law Susan Rice of Betsy Layne, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
