He is survived by: his wife Lora Cecil Williams of Virginia; his daughters, Debra Williams Hayes of Owingsville, KY, Donna Williams Meade of Banner, KY and Denise Williams Isaac (Stuart) of Banner, KY; his sister Doris Akers of Banner, KY; his grandchildren, Nathan Hayes, Joshua Hayes, Wesley Meade, Tiffany Meade, Candice Terrell, Brandon Isaac and Brittany Dirico; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Emileigh, Elijah, Ayden Hayes, Weston, Eleanor, Finley Meade, Georgia, Virginia Terrell and Kaden Dirico.
