She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Osborne and Georgem Endicott Osborne; her spouse Estill Jarvis; her siblings, James Osborne, Eulas Osborne, Annie Edith Osborne, Mary Alice Dillion and Gertrude Lewis; her grandchildren, Teri LaShae Jarvis and James Patrick "Jamie" Jarvis; her great grandchild Devin Coleburn Ousley; and her daughters-in-law, Clara Ellen Jarvis and Tammy Gay Jarvis.
She is survived by: her children, Estill Jarvis Jr. (Nancy) of Paintsville, James Ray Jarvis (Kathy) of Banner, Ricky D. Jarvis (Vanessa) of Blue River, Paul David Jarvis (Josephine) of West Liberty, Charles Dwayne Jarvis (Belva) of Allen, Terry Lee Jarvis of Chapel Hill, Billy Jarvis (Denina) of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Bernice Jarrell (Carl Lee) of Cow Creek, Edith Conley (Anthony) of Allen, Jacquline Harris (Johnny Ray) of Prestonsburg and Mary Jarvis of Banner, Kentucky; and her sister Ollie May Jarvis. She is also survived by 23 Grandchildren, 43 Great Grandchildren & 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor's request for COVID-19 restrictions.
