She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Mulkey and Victoria Smith Mulkey; and her spouse Kenas Spears. She is survived by: her children, Chuck Spears, Chad Spears and Jamie Boyd (David Bostic); and her grandchildren, Oakie Douglas Boyd and James Ernest Boyd.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
