It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry C. Watson of Bagdad, Kentucky, born in Shelbyville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 5, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jerry leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvin J. Watson, Sr. and Lou Katherine LeCompte Watson; and his brothers, Arvin Watson, Jr. and Charles Watson. He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Watson and Nancy Beasley (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
