He was predeceased by: his father Bennie "Junie" Burgan, Jr.; his grandparents, Bennie Burgan Sr., Michael Denny, Lorene, George Denny, Martha and Lovell Hunter; and his uncles, Chris Burgan and Rod Denny.
He is survived by: his son Cody Lawrence; his mother Teresa Brothers; his siblings, Samantha Hardin (Jared) and Cecil "E. J." Hardin 3rd (Amanda); his grandmother Kathy Denny; his aunts and uncles, Laurie Perkins, Brenda Kimberlin (Tom), Keith Burgan and Gene Burgan; and his nieces and nephews, Chloe, Carlie, Analyn, Benjamin, Declan and River.
