He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Smith and Elva Baker Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lou Dean Smith; and his daughters, Rhonda Clouse, Cheryl Clouse, Valerie Johnson, Vera Costello and Carmen Craven. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, family & friends.
