He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Osborne and Della Lewis Osborne; his brothers, William "Bill" Osborne and Ricky Osborne; his nephews, David Osborne and Merlin "Bones" Osborne; and his niece Christina Goble Hamilton.

He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Meadows (CJ) of Grayson, KY and Amanda Roark (Travis) of Raceland, KY; his siblings, Tommy Osborne (Billie) of Summerville, SC and Nancy Johnson of Prestonsburg, KY; and his grandsons, Adrian Meadows, Landon and Jacob Webb.
