He is survived by: his wife Linda Hale Williams; and his children, Cody Williams (Lashona) of Auxier, Victor Castro Jr. (Tiffany Janice) of South Dakota, Ruby Echols of Hodgenville, Paula Gail Jordan of Seadrift, Patricia Pendergrass (Mark) of Seadrift, Sallie Marie Slone of Prestonsburg, Jessica Mercardo (Kennith) of Harold and Adella Maynard (William) of Van Lear, Kentucky. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren & 4 Great Grandchildren.
