He is survived by: his wife Janice Lynn Horn Bentley; his children, Eddie Bentley (Lea) of East Point, Michael Clark (Diane) of Auxier, Kentucky, Crystal Scott (Clint) of Kendallville, Brandy Bentley (Ronnie) of Midway and Summer Bentley of Paintsville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Delmar Bentley of Auxier, Austin Bentley of Tennessee, Clifford Bentley of David, Kentucky, Patricia DeLeon of Swanson and Pam Wobalt of Swanson, Ohio. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren & One Great Grandchild.
