She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Jarrell and Ellen Marie Fraley Jarrell; her husband Marvin Rice; her daughter Charolette Kinzer; and her brother Grady Ray Jarrell.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Rice (Judy) of Auxier, Kentucky, Caryn Meadows (Lowell Ray) of Pikeville and Janet Johnson (Steve) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her son-in-law Jeff Kinzer; and her grandchildren, Hobie, Shawna, Shane, Holly, Jerad, Cady, Alyssa, Amy and Sam. She is also survived by 14 Great Grandchildren.
