He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Conley of Salyersville; his children, Billy Conley of Muncie, Kevin Conley of Muncie and Heidi Jenkins of Muncie; and his siblings, Ricky Conley (Barb) of Noblesville, Johnny Puckett (Regina) of Salyersville, Brenda Raines of Salyersville, Wilma Sizemore (Henry Clay) of Salyersville and Janet Smith of Salyersville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
