He was predeceased by: his stepfather Darrell Butler. He is survived by: his wife Laura Moore of Austin, KY; and his stepchildren, Michael Chambers (Samantha) of Lennox, SD and Leanna Chambers (Angelica). He is also survived by 4 brothers, 3 sisters and 4 step grandchildren.
