He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clarkson Caswell and Evelyn Caswell (Ballinger); his brother George A. Caswell; and his nephew Brian H. Caswell. He is survived by: his wife Rachelle Caswell; and his sons, William S. Caswell, Jr. (Jennifer) of Hillsboro, Christopher L. Maners (Toni Rae) of Cynthiana and Nicholas L. Maners (Melissa) of Bowling Green, Kentucky. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
