He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Bravard and Grace Florer Eagan; and his sister Judy Day. He is survived by: his wife Lila Harris Bravard; his children, Pamela Bravard Mullins (Greg) and Robert W. Bravard II (Susan); his grandchildren, Drew Morton, Chase Morton, Michael Morton, Lauren Bravard, Lindsey Bravard Sheroan (Jack) and Emily Bravard; his great grandchildren, Cameron Napier and Rhett Morton; and his sisters, Peggy Buser (Steve) and Pat Fraley.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators.
