She is survived by: her mother Sandra Kay Weaver Gulley of Alexandria; her daughters, Eva Jane Justice of Alexandria and Kallie Dakota Blair Grant of Alexandria; her stepsons, Waylon Justice of Burlington and Kaleb Justice of Flemingsburg; her brothers, Dustin Gulley (Michelle) of Alexandria, Errick Gulley of Lexington and Douglas Scott Gulley of Corbin; and her nieces and nephews, Ember Gulley, Lilly Gulley, Levi Gulley and Elijah Gulley. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals to assist with expenses.
