She is survived by: her husband Chuck Spurlock, Jr.; her daughters, Carrie Louise Bauer (Billy) of Brooksville and Lisa Spurlock of Augusta, KY; her grandchildren, Brianna Bauer, Kylie Bauer, William Bauer and Joebob Bauer; and her siblings, Amos Shields, Timmy Shields and Mary Teegarden.
