He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Waddell (Wayne) of Augusta, KY, Scotty Fields (Kim) of Augusta, KY, Robert Allen Fields of Augusta, KY, Julie White (Greg) of Milton, FL and Carolyn Kilgore (Roy) of Maysville, KY.; his uncle Carlos Fields (Phyllis); and also Peggy Spencer (Phyliss). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
