We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2023, at the age of 90, Hubert Saunders (Augusta, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Earl Saunders; his wife Marjorie "Margie" Purcell Saunders; his daughters, Mary Kay Saunders, Sharon Nickerson and Betty Hafer; his grandchildren, Michelle Woods and Blake Sauer; his sons-in-law, Leroy Curtis and Larry Hafer; and his siblings, Demeree Saunders, Divey Crawford, Lena Route, Evelyn Howard and Polly Gallagher.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Saunders (Stephanie) of Augusta, KY, David Saunders (Lu Ann) of Foster, KY, Lisa Saunders (Pizza) of Augusta, KY, Danny Saunders of Augusta, KY and Donnie Saunders (Chasity Turner) of Ripley, OH; his son-in-law Johnny Wayne Nickerson; his sister Dorie Poe of Foster, KY; and his close friends, Melinda Saunders and Chasity West Saunders. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
