She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edgar and Bess Appleman; and her sister Betsy Appleman. She is survived by: her husband Billy "Stick" Flaugher; her children, Brian Flaugher, Jim Flaugher (Monica) and Lucia Hughes (Mark); her grandchildren, Hayden Hughes (Marlee), Anna Duncan (Adam), Sophie Roush (Nick), Will Flaugher (Jayden) and Gabe Hughes; her great grandchildren, Arthur Duncan, Albert Duncan, Annie Hughes, Graham Hughes and Eli Flaugher; her siblings, Susanne Thornsbury (Fred), Jim Appleman (Monni) and Mike Appleman (Sandy); and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Rigg, Barbara Edwards, JoAnn Farrar (Mike) and Mary Wilson (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Augustine Church (215 E 4th St, Augusta, KY 41002). Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
