Simpson of Augusta, Kentucky, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Simpson and Griffin; and his siblings, John Joseph Simpson Jr. and Helen Simpson. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Gertrude Simpson of Pella, IA; and his nieces and nephews, Jack Simpson (Elizabeth) of Cleveland, OH, Mary Ann Perkins (Denny) of Somerset, KY, Maureen Webb (Chuck Stapleton) of Lexington, KY and Brian Simpson (Jennifer) of Pella, IA. He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews and a great-great niece.
Memorials are suggested to St. Augustine Church or Shriners Hospital for Children.
