He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Quinlin and Jessie Mearns Quinlin; his wife Carol Quinlin; his daughters, Kelly Bateson and Sissy Litzinger; and his siblings, Jerry Lee Quinlin, James Quinlin, Billy Quinlin, Bennie Quinlin, Johnny Quinlin, Joyce Jett, Bonnie Kiskaden and Fern Merkle.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Quinlin Keiffer of Fostoria, OH, Kathy McClung of Fostoria, OH, Mary Carol Rutten of Havana, Samantha England of Maysville, KY, Tony Daugherty of Crawfordsville, FL, Jane Crouch of Augusta, KY and Ashley Bryant of Brooksville, KY; his brother Tommy Bogart of Winterhaven, FL.; and his granddaughter Toni Ann Daugherty. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
