She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Welte and Elizabeth Welte; her siblings, Joe Welte, Charlie Welte, Andy Welte, Coletta Welte, Rosalia Hargett, Elizabeth Welte, Mary Margaret Hargett and Anna Hargett; and her siblings-in-law, Olga Welte, Anna Welte, Clyde Hargett, William Hargett and Raymond Hargett.
She is survived by: her brothers, Tom Welte (Alice) and Arnie Welte (Brenda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Metcalfe-Hennessey Funeral Home (301 E 4th St, Augusta, KY 41002). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Augustine Church (215 E 4th St, Augusta, KY 41002).
Memorials are suggested in the form of donations to the St. Augustine Cemetery or Mass Intentions, in care of St. Augustine Church, 215 E. 4th Street, Augusta, Kentucky, 41002.
