He is survived by: his wife Janie Yates (Bucksville) of Auburn; his children, Thomas Wayne Yates Jr. (Danielle) of Auburn, Angelia Yates (Bucksville) of Auburn, KY and Tonya Yates (Bucksville) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Michael, Kelsey, Allie, Alexis, Arreus and Destiny; and his great grandchildren, Jentry, Jade, Charley and Cherokee.
