He was predeceased by: his former wife Juanita Hansen Noffsinger; his daughter Madeleine McGrath; his son-in-law David McGrath; his granddaughter Megan McGrath; and his sister Izetta Sparks.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Joyce Noffsinger; his children, Richard Noffsinger of Loveland Colorado, John Noffsinger (Karen) of Sewanee and Terry Ann Linn (Joseph) of Great Cacapon; and his stepchildren, Paul Kenyon (Carol) of Sturgeon Bay, Douglas Kenyon (Amy) of Clark Colorado and Gayle Kenyon of Altus. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
