He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas, Sr. Staley and Mary Ella Staley (Smith); and his siblings, Ricky Staley, Buddy Neely, Ray Hardy and Shirley Walker Vance.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Staley; his daughters, Melissa Hanna (Gary) of Atoka, Mary Alicia Staley Edwards (James) of Auburn, Cynthia Elizabeth White of Bowling Green and Brittany Staley of Auburn; and his siblings, Robert Vance Staley of Amarillo, Barbara Richey of Auburn and Mary Frances LaVoie of Oregon. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
