She was predeceased by: her former husband Joe Deckard; her sisters, Betty Sue Miller and Brenda Stewart; and her niece Tammy Waterson. She is survived by: her son John Turner York (Beverly) of Auburn; her siblings, Billy Breakfield (Frankie) of Bowling Green, Jasper Breakfield (Loretta) of Bowling Green and Mary Howard (Billie Joe) of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Halle York and Erica Bedel; and her great grandchildren, Lauren and Lawrence.
