He is survived by: his daughter Shellie Ann Price Fuller of Auburn; and his siblings, Glenn Price of Indianapolis, IN and Judy Brown of McDowell, KY..

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Young Funeral Home 1600 Nashville Street, Russellville, KY 42276 to assist with the funeral costs.
