He is survived by: his wife Marie Staley; his children, Ricky Staley, Jr. of Auburn, Angela Townsend of Auburn and Tammy Collins (Ty) of Auburn; and his siblings, Silas Staley, Jr. (Janet) of Auburn, Robert Vance Staley (Linda) of Amarillo, Mary Frances LaVoie of Oregon, Shirley Faye (Charlie) of Memphis and Barbara Richey (Louie) of Auburn. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
