He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Akins (Lynn) of Palm Coast and Amy Jent Smith (Sean) of Gallatin, TN; his stepchildren, Jessica Bartholomew of New Orleans, Penny Webb of Bowling Green, Elizabeth Chapman (Jamie) of Brownsville and David Kessinger of Auburn; and his sister Jill Wright of Morehead, KY.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
