He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Neil and Freeda Joretta Barrow (Belcher); his grandson Macon Joe Barrow; and his grandparents, Lermon and Gladys Belcher.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly Barrow; his children, Miranda Birge (Jonathan) of Glasgow and Jacob Randall Barrow (Amanda) of Morgantown; his stepsons, Chase Horn, Aiden Horn and Gavin Sapp; his sister Cassandra Broyles (Bill) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Josh, Hardison, Whitley, Lane and Bennett.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Auburn Chapel (213 Spring St, Auburn, KY 42206). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
