She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Chester and Bettie M. Carson (Jones); her husband Frank Douglas Hyde; and her siblings, William, Sylvester, Eddie, Charles, Lucian, Lewis, Ross Carson, Fredie Mae Carson, Dean Cox, Jerlean Carson and Etta Hood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Hyde and Connie Powell Auburn (James); and her grandchildren, Jason Powell (Brandi), Heather Costello (Cody), Kathryn, Caroline Powell, Liam, Ronan, Sloane and Blaire Costello.
The family asks that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
